Hallidays Hydropower International have been maintaining this 150kW site on the river Usk since early 2018. Work has included dewatering, lower bearing alignment and tightening of one of the turbines and a complete gearbox oil drain, flush and replenish for both turbines. Hallidays are working with the client to install CCTV cameras and set up remote access. This will increase our remote monitoring capabilities and help to prevent downtime.
